Understand: Concealed display names
By default, Microsoft conceals user display names in all usage reports. As a result, individual users will appear anonymously, similar to what is displayed in the ACBE portal’s usage reports.
This anonymization is a standard privacy feature, ensuring that sensitive user information is not exposed in aggregated reporting.
